It's really just more Engrish.

I'm sure this shoe store was aiming for a more "heartful" phrase. 心 (kokoro) or heart, is pretty synomous for the breast (as in anatomical location).

日本語でその店の名前は「オッパイで」どいみです。

But still the relation between sneakers and hearts is still a bit of a stretch to make.

I don't see a cash register, or even a shop assistant in the store. Maybe it's some avant garde modern art. We can hope.

This shop was in Mito. Actually 180 degrees behind me when I took this laneway photo.
