While it does highlight a problem... it doesn't seem to offer any solutions there. Or go to the sources. Warcraft requires an internet subscription and a blizzard subscription, I'm curious as to was paying both those bills in this occasion (and who bought the computer, games, headsets etc.). Instead it focuses on some silly stuff, like a teenage boy swearing, going through a personality change and picking up an American accent - because those sort of things never hapened before...

I'm pretty happy with China's alleged restriction on XP game rewards etc. Blizzard does address these in some way, but maybe more steps could be made.
